A method of situatioonal design is technology, decision-oriented competitive tasks in the conditions of socio-economic, political and to instability. Advantage of method of situatioonal design consists in possibility to decide the tasks of competitive selection in extreme socio-political and social-psychological terms. Failing — in duration and high cost.

Procedures of competition are constructed as it applies to selection.

The decision of task on the choice of procedures is based on the paradigm of competition. Depending on combination of forms and their specific gravity in the organizational culture of enterprise produced recommendation the developers of on the use of one or another procedures.

One of possible methods of determination of specific gravity of administrative forms is an expert estimation of organizational culture of enterprise. The result of this estimation can be expressed in the percents of presence of one or another administrative form and appear as a diagram — circle with stakes. Depending on their combination, including of procedures, in-use in other paradigms of competition, conducted at prevailing of these administrative forms is possible.

Denotations are accepted in a table:

« optimality of the use of this procedure in paradigms;

« repugnance with the paradigm of the use of this procedure;

« insignificance of results of this procedure in paradigms.

The use of concrete methods (or their combinations) is produced in accordance with two principles: I) by adequacy of competitive procedures of the folded situation to the present resources and aims of organizers of competition; 2) by compatibility of competitive procedures between itself taking into account the select paradigms of holding competition.

Final stage

A competitive commission makes decision about further measures competition (either at candidates to the next tests or about acceptance of candidates on position).

Plugging of measures of the final stage of competition is expedient in the scopes of different paradigms of his leadthrough.
