Teaching aims from the points of view of employer and specialist differ substantially. Point of view of employer. German specialists of V. Bartts and X. Shaybl consider that from position of employer the aims of the continuous teaching are:

organization and forming of management personnel;

• capture ability to determine, understand and work out problems;

• reproduction of personnel;

• integration of personnel;

• flexible forming of personnel;

• adaptation;

introduction of innovations.

Point of view of the hired worker. Bartts and Shaybl determine the followings aims of continuous education:

• maintenance at proper level and increase of professional qualification;

• acquisition of professional knowledges out of sphere of professional activity;

• acquisition of professional knowledges about suppliers and users of products, jars and other organizations, influencing to work of firm;

development of capabilities in area of planning and production.

Motivation of the continuous teaching in American is connection between the results of production of every worker and grant to him for teaching: the value of employee of firm determines facilities, selected for the increase of his qualification.

Estimation of requirement is in teaching

Planning of the programs of preparation is component part of the general planning of labour along with the calculation of requirement in a personnel, drafting of plans of set, planning of career.

For determination of requirement in teaching and education expediently:

1) to draw on the results of estimation of labour and personnel, problems which workers run into;

2) to analyse the plan of technical update;

3) to estimate the specific of the general programs of preparation, pass students of universities, comings on work in organization;

4) to diagnose the middle level of preparedness of new employees.

Researchers select two basic modern models of training of workings personnels:

• teaching without tearing away from work. Theoretical course at school and practical on an enterprise;

• teaching with tearing away from work in the specialized educational establishments and centers of training of personnels.
