The conducted research allows sufficiently easy to find out the professionals of type «missionary» on their oriented to valued and cultural aspects of the activity. The central point of their activity is a not presence or absence of technologies of professional activity, but understanding of situation of the client. The «missionary» in maximum cases is able to result (at least for a time) in the state original «professional », expressed in the waiver of the speciality and in immersion in reality of situation of client.

The group of professionals of type appeared most numerous «consultant». A key factor, allowing to unite different a posteriori to professional activity examinee in this group, was their oriented to technological or methodical equipped in the practice. More difficult than all appeared with the selection of the special group examinee with an orientation on an organizational competence. Expediently, that consultative accompaniment of organization was projected and led to up to bringing the concerted changes over to the desired result (for example, through organization of preparation of personnel).
